Description

A starry reflecting pool in the foreground, in the distance it is here where the bay meets the night. The mighty Chesapeake Bay in the distance touches the core of the Milky Way at the horizon. The only lights are those in the distance across the bay, and the Hoopers Island Lighthouse. Scenes like this are common along the scenic drive from Cambridge.
