New Year morning 2019, a crime and corruption-riddled Baltimore has a new shot to reclaim greatness. This is a moving piece of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, with tourist attractions mirrored in the famed waters, that only a few minutes out by boat, The Star Spangled Banner was conceived. Launched in 1854 The USS Constellation is the United States’ last sail-only warship.
